The ability to communicate more effectively with their customers and fellow employees, while reducing costs, were the important factors for Landmark in choosing their new communication system.

Landmark operated out of two locations using old digital phone systems. Most employeeshad a wired desk set and a company supplied smartphone. The current systems left customers trying to figure out what was the best way to reach Landmark staff without making two phone calls. Landmark wanted to simplify their communication solution by providing a single number reach for all staff no matter their location, add extension to extension dialing between all staff regardless of which office they work from. Landmark also wanted to reduce their monthly wired and mobile costs.

After reviewing their requirements it was determined a cloud solution was the most effective method of solving their issues. We recommended a hybrid, mobile and wired system, wired phone extensions for three office staff who only worked from their respective offices, and did not have company supplied smartphones and mobile extensions for the balance of the employees. We also recommended an enterprise grade messaging solution to provide auto attendant functionality and voice mail.

Zigee docking stations were recommended for most senior staff to continue to give them the desk set experience.
